Phillippe and Rita

Here is a map with my tropical outlook. TD.17 will be named Phillippee in the next 6-12 hours and it will begin moving into an area favorable for development. 96L will soon be clearing the trough to the North, and models are beginning to agree on a track into the Gulf of Mexico. This is a situation that needs to be closely watched over the next 2-3 days.
