Severe Weather Out West

As the west coast is under assault from 50+mph winds and flooding rainfalls, my brother is reporting on the weather conditions out in San Francisco for me. He said the lights flickered all night last night at his apartment in the city. Some wind gusts were recorded at over 100mph yesterday. Another strong storm is predicted to move into the area late Wednesday and Thursday.
