Fresh Bread Reports from NYC

Fresh Bread describes the scene in NYC as "brutal" as he braved the 22+ inches of snow to report the conditions. Here he is on the live cam in the black jacket and green hat. Great work Fresh Bread! New York recieved almost a foot of snow in 4 hours this morning, a record breaking rate of 3" an hour. NYC could get over 26 inches by the time the storm is over, which would make this the #2 storm of all time for the Big Apple.
