After reading a motivation blog post from Dewdrop this morning, I decided to get signed up for the Skywarn Spotter Training class in Chesapeake, Va on May 14th. The fact such an amazing storm came so close to home on Monday has put my butt in gear to get certified so my chasing can actually help save someone when the next EF3 hits this area. I am taking the basic spotter class, and will follow up with the advanced spotter class this summer. Thanks Dew!SCM
