Largest Lightning Storm Ever

This morning I was browsing the online news and found this article about an amazing lightning storm taking place on the planet of Saturn. The Cassini orbiter has actually captured audio files of the storm, which is pretty amazing. The storm is 2,175 miles big. The Cassini is currently repositioning in order to capture better images and data from the storm. I remember when the first space shuttles started launching when I was in grade school. The things that these scientist at NASA do are just amazing. Hats off to them for finding these amazing events that are taking place in our Solar System. It seems with every discovery, the outlying planets have more and more characteristics of Earth. Great stuff.
