The NHC has a great track record of accuracy with 24 hour forecast, so this will be a critical update. Wilma is showing signs of re-strengthening tonight and the window of time to prepare will quickly dwindle tomorrow as rain bands begin to come onshore. Get up early and be prepared to act.
