Ophelia

It appears that the eye of Ophelia has completely fallen apart. NOAA stated earlier that a lot of dry air was sucked into the core of the storm, but recent satellite images show something else.
Ophelia is just a weak Tropical Storm at this point, but it needs to be watched.
