The storm is just starting and the New Orleans levees have failed again. Water is pouring into the 9th Ward and the Canal Street sections. News stations are reporting the water is rising at a rate of 5-10" per minute and is already waist deep in many sections. The situation in the Gulf Coast just continues to get worse this morning. I can only wonder how much more these people can take. If the levees are failing at the beginning of this storm, what are they gonna do if this storm stalls and dumps 15+ inches of rain on Louisiana? I'll continue to blog all the developments during today and tonight until this storm is over.SCM
