"Extremely Dangerous Situation" Today

Once again the midwest is set up for another round of severe weather today. It isn't often the Storm Prediction Center has a high risk box for severe weather on the forecast page. Today looks to bring an "extremely dangerous situation" as the NWS is forecasting "long track tornados" in far southern Iowa, west central Illinois, and Missouri. I hope everyone in that area is prepared with a weather radio and a close eye to the sky.Yesterday, the severe weather caused the death of 2 people in southern Missouri. I sure wish those people would get a break today, but they are in for round 2. The below picture came from CNN and shows a car on top of a house after a Tornado ripped thru rural Missouri.SCM
